Inclusions
- Economy class Air Tickets ( BOM x IRAQ x BOM), Reservation in any airline. Airfares are Non-Refundable and Non-Changeable. Luggage allowance as per the airline policy. Some flights depart from India on a previous date and arrive at the destination the next day of departure and likewise for the return flight to India
- Iraq Visa
- Hotel Accommodation in Baghdad Shareef, Karbala Shareef & Najaf Ashraf
- Indian Meals: Veg/Non-Veg. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner will be served in a buffet.
- Round Trip Airport + Ziyarat Transportation in Group Bus/ Coach.
- Complimentary hand baggage (1 hand carry bag & 1 small side bag)
Note: Hotel Check-in time is 1600 hours / Check-out time is 1100 hours, early check-in and check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

- Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out. This is completely at the discretion of the hotel and we can only put in a request for the same.
- Private Transportation.
- Any expenses of personal nature
- Any services not mentioned in the inclusions list
Documents Required
- Physical Indian Passport. A passport should have a validity of a minimum of six months from the date of travel & minimum of 2 blank pages.
- Passport Sized Colour Photographs with white background 4cm x 6 cm
- Vaccine certificate with passport number mentioned on it AND if the second dose is done before 8 months then booster dose (3rd dose) vaccine certificate is required.
- PAN card copy

Payment
- 25% amount of the total at the time of booking, 50% amount before 30 days & 100% amount before 15 days of departure date
Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
- The package amount is 100% non-refundable.
- Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges.
- Air Tickets are non-refundable & non-changeable.
- If the cancellation is due to a pandemic then the refund will be processed once the refund is received from DMC/ Airlines / Supplier sources. Taxes and service charges are non-refundable.
- Visa Charges will be non-refundable if the visas have already been processed.
- The rates are not valid on peak period dates.
- No refund claim on unused services
- Surcharges as and when applicable will be advised and passengers would be requested to pay the same.
- Surcharges could be over and above the total package price quoted to the passengers at the time of booking.
- The Foreign Exchange rate is volatile/dynamic. Full payment will be collected basis of prevailing ROE on the day of the transaction
- The rates are subject to the availability of hotel accommodation at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard.
- If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rate
